After last weekend, I'm surprised that I'm looking forward to this one. See if my upbeat mood lasts the journey up there. Should do as its not too far.

After all the speculation through January about the endless reasons why we've played so badly and the new additions, I'll have my usual 2 pints and might even have an extra slurp of Ashman's beer.

No Bozzie though. We're gonna miss him :(

:comeon: :comeon:

Same as you nipper except for the 2 pints, I couldn't possibly drink so much pre match. Chompy is so right about you types!

Can't possibly play as bad as the past 4 league matches surely........can we?

same as you both, except sod Chompy, Stuie's not driving

Couple of big suprises there. I really didn't expect CMS to start a game this season, and for for Forrester to not even make the bench, thats got to be an injury.

What an oddball team we have become.

Win one..lose one. Win some..lose some.

Inconsistent..unpredictable. You wouldn't touch us on the fixed odds coupons.

No doubt our over excitable posters..like Nipper and tonyp will be predicting a victory over Sheffield United next week.

The likelihood is though that Sharp Hanson and co will be waay too good and strong for us.

It's one game when Junior has performed, and so we shouldn't think he's Aaron McLean.

But he's been an honest pro and worked hard. Deserves his goals, and a big shout out to Maddison too for his part.

I reckon we counted 4 accidents on the way up. 1 where the car was still on fire and the air ambulance was in the adjoining field. 1 fatality. Poor soul :(

Got there in good time, enough for a leisurely couple of pints.
Going into the ground, the stewards stopped me and told me that I needed to leave my offensive weapon in the car. Crikey, that must be at least the 10th time I've been there and never had a problem before. Ridiculous but sticking to the POLICY. The head honcho exercised some common sense and allowed me and my rattle in. Thanks to all who helped by pleading on my behalf.

Thought our new players settled well. Poor Grant got booed every time he touched the ball.
CMS still shows how to fight for the cause. If he can share some of his passion and determination with the others, his signing will be an act of brilliance. :D
Magic put in a very decent shift.
Junior might've scored his first hattrick, ne'er mind his first league goals if he'd have come on at 85' instead of 91'. Risked a 2nd yellow in his excitable excitement and nearly took his shirt off a 2nd time.

I love our back 4. I especially love Gwion!

We dug in deep in the 2nd half. How the heck did their keeper get the MOM award. He had nowt to do except pick the ball out of his net. :D

Not sure yet how I'm gonna call next Saturday ...... still waaaay too excited
