Gets Forrester sent off....Scores an injury time winner...Sponsors MOM.

Hopefully he won't have a part in getting Forrester sent off. Otherwise you could well be right.

Vale have lost influential midfielder Grant obviously, and Jak Alnwick has left for Rangers this week as well.

Interesting match preview by Tim Stoodley on the Official site
Including-
In charge of this one is Charles Breakspear, a name familiar with Poshies, as Mr Breakspear took charge of the blues as recently as December. He had the whistle when Posh thumped Charlton 0-2 at The Valley. Michael Bostwick and Chris Forrester seeing yellow that day. He also officiated Posh in November too, so will be very familiar with the Posh line-up this campaign. The November game was the 0-2 defeat against Scunthorpe at The ABAX. Baldwin, Coulthirst and Edwards seeing yellow in that one.

Time for Port Vale to see red I reckon.
Port Vale 1- Posh 2 (Grant, CMS)

Don't see the importance of the ref having officiated us before this season. Makes literally zero difference.

:stupid: I wonder why they bother telling us these things.
I predict that chompy will have money on a Port Vale win.

i don't.

we have posters on this forum that go to every game...

all they seem worried about is who the linesmen are going to be...

and what kit we're going to be wearing.

Here is a pre match comment from Port Vale.
Among other things it says-
It’s fair to say that the match on Saturday will be dominated by one man… Anthony Grant. The midfielder switched clubs on deadline day and just hours later will face his former club.

Up and at 'em. :comeon: :comeon:

After last weekend, I'm surprised that I'm looking forward to this one. See if my upbeat mood lasts the journey up there. Should do as its not too far.

After all the speculation through January about the endless reasons why we've played so badly and the new additions, I'll have my usual 2 pints and might even have an extra slurp of Ashman's beer.

No Bozzie though. We're gonna miss him :(

:comeon: :comeon:
If anyone can, McCann can

Same as you nipper except for the 2 pints, I couldn't possibly drink so much pre match. Chompy is so right about you types!

Can't possibly play as bad as the past 4 league matches surely........can we?

You never know Nipper....

That back four you claim to have found at Swindon may just show up.
