I've said this for several months. Westley gets the blame but who was his Assistant and Chief Coach - McCann.

Never mind, he has the support of Mr MacAnthony. Then again, the Chairman commented on Periscope that he felt the present squad of players might perform better in the Championship than in League 1. :?

McCann talks the talk but can't walk it.

He is as much to blame as his players....his job is on the line here.

I reckon he's safe. After all how would the messiah blame another bad manager appointment?

Quite so.

What a terrible embarrassing and shocking day for the club.

First half was a dull lifeless affair between what appeared two very average league one sides...No one in the ground could have envisaged what was going to happen after the break...

They destroyed us...After the first goal we collapsed like a deck of cards.

This Posh team have nothing about them...No confidence..Desire...Passion....Heart...Bottle...Energy....Tempo...Organisation...Character.

We are leaderless on...and off the pitch.

It's a mystery how we are 8th...only 4 points from the play offs because we look like a team heading for league two.

What is there to say? It's been a horrible day.
If we won't shoot, we won't score.
Hope their keeper gives his wages back this week. He didn't earn them. He must've been bored witless ..... much like the rest of us.
If anyone can, McCann can

I fear we're catching the Mongs at a bad time here. They're better away, we'll have loads of fairweather "Awwwww" merchants present to try and knock the confidence out of Tom Nichols as per.

Chuks ran the show in the 5-3 demolition of the Wobbs last weekend according to my sauces. Think they'll do well to still have him after the window closes.

Will be backing MK at 2-1 and Chuks in various goal markets.

Sorry. had to have a...

And you're entitled to.
You were spot on and I trust you did well with your betting.
As regards your comment about Chuks if they lose him in the transfer window surely it will be to a Championship club at least. Unless you're thinking of lending some of your winnings to DMac to enable him to buy Chuks.

You could say we need a goalscoring forward and a midfielder and more money for the chairman.

It's pointless Darragh keep putting his hands in his pockets if it's going to be wasted.

As for the central midfielder...leader...and and experience up front....

Myself and the lads I go with every week picked up on this at the start of the season so it's nothing new.

We have nobody close to the quality of Chuks Aneke.

Darragh either needs to stick (and sell up) or twist, and go for it properly on deadline day. And that doesn't mean three 20yos from L2 and non-league.

As for today's tactical masterclass without having the personnel to play what they were trying, jeez! Only GM and DMac will know whose call that was.

I guess GM will be given to the end of the season unless results make his position untenable. Seems fair enough. Don't think any manager could get this lot into the play-offs.

If we don't do something noteworthy on Deadline Day, I'll be spending my Saturday afternoons doing other stuff for the rest of the season. Have no interest in watching showponies get moaned at by our pathetic, unsupportive crowd.

Ask yourself this 'awwwwww' merchants, why do you think Nichols didn't start today? There's one reason and one reason only.

I think most of the crowd were stunned into silence by our ineffective performance. We lost 0-4 ffs. If anyone was going awwww it was out of sympathy.

Who's idea was it to play the Wombles of Wimbledon song over the tannoy before the game? That was strange and probably funny to someone but it wasn't a very grown up thing to do by a football club. Everyone round me just looked at each other embarrassed.
