James Vaughan has just signed for Wigan. How does FFP work with them considering their gates are not very big!
I dislike this. Please no repeats of the 4 goals he scored against us last January when with Bury.

He'll probably start on the bench...but it's going to be a difficult enough afternoon for us whether he plays or not.

Sounds as though he expects to be playing
The 29-year-old has penned an 18-month contract and is set to make his debut against Peterborough United on Saturday.
Speaking to iFollow Latics after completing his move, Vaughan admits he can't wait to get underway - starting against Peterborough United on Saturday.

What would you expect him to say? That he wants to be on the bench?

I wouldn't know what he might say. I was just quoting from the Wigan site.
Maybe he'll have to be happy to start from the bench.
I'm inclined to agree with Superposh although Stuie seems to agree with you.

But if you read the article and my post you'll see that "he expects to be playing". Not necessarily starting.

Or, deprived of two points by a homer ref not giving us a penalty, and disallowing an offside goal. I haven't seen that but I do hope it wasn't as diabolical as the Junior one at Walsall or the CMS one at QPR

Been a good week all in all. Our season could have fallen apart in the past eight days. We could have been out of the FA Cup, out of the Checkatrade and then lost to Wigan, but we're through, through and got a deserved point.

Agree with GM, don't think the team is getting the credit it deserves at the moment.
