I'm absolutely Pony at both sets of predictions, but I can console myself with the fact that it is not the winning but the taking part.
:stupid: Although I think I was right once this season.

I can't honestly see us making the play off, as much as I hope we do, I think our upcoming fixtures will see us finish in seventh.
But we got a great point at home today so everything is fine!
:stupid: We can still make the playoffs.

I like to see my team win.
Me too.
I'd say all of us (even White G) would feel the same.

Re: Fleetwood v Posh

Penalty for the Posh. Maddison kicks it straight at the goalkeeper. Some people will say that the goalie saved it. In fact MM missed it. If there was an incident in normal play with MM one one one with the keeper, then it would have been considered a save by the goalkeeper. If Marcus had not even g...

Re: Fleetwood v Posh

Sadly football is like music and beauty, they are not exact sciences, and people will see different things in the same incident. Football is nothing like music or beauty, in my opinion. But one incident in this game that I recall well is that Maddison missed the penalty. I can't imagine anyone seei...

Re: Hyphenated Players

Once only Toffs had double barrelled names ; now they seem quite commonplace. We could assemble a reasonable team from double barrelled players in the Premier : Defenders (4) Trent Alexander Arnold (Liverpool), Kyle Walker-Peters (Spurs), Tim Fosu-Mensa (Man U)(NL), Cameron Carter Vickers (Spurs) M...
