Re: Past and Present Players

Nice to see Leo get the assist for Hull's equaliser today.

Finding his feet at Championship football level.

Re: Posh v Ipswich

Did you actually watch that game, he was superb, most of our defending down the left hand side and the attacking was down to him and Tracy Barlow, if the right hand side had been as defensively secure we wouldn't have been in such difficulty at the back. I'm prepare to forgive Mason as we're only f...

Re: Posh v Ipswich

Right now it feels like a defeat. We simply must win the next three games, two against very average teams and then we have to start winning at home, whoever it’s against.

Oh, and George Boyd is finished. Pure nostalgia bringing him back.

Re: The Ashes 2019

Back on topic (interrupting the brains of the board), Chris Woakes again proving himself with the bat.

Making a lot of the top order batsmen look very poor.

Re: The Ashes 2019

135/5 at present.

If we can bat all day & post around 270+, they are saying tomorrow will be the best bowling day of the test match. Woakes could do some serious damage.

Big problem is batting all day today to try to put up a competetive score.

Well, we're never going to know if Ferguson could have out performed those managers, are we?
No, you have to get offered a job somewhere before you can show how good/bad you are.

Fortunately for Ferguson, Darragh is still involved in football.

How's that working out for Notts County Gaz?
They sacked Kewell & then appointed another manager. They got relegated and are now in the national league. Our manager never did get offered the role.

What's your point?

Re: Brexit

I was at a party on Saturday & my friends daughter has started dating a Portuguese guy. Got speaking to him & he said, without any prompting, that wherever he travels in Europe they are taking the p!ss out of us. Apparently there are many jokes doing the rounds too. We've become a laughing stock on ...

Surely this is a must win game.
Yes, it is.
Having slept on it, I now believe we will get our first win on Saturday.
