Re: The Future of London Road?

The report doesn't say Peterborough City Centre, it just says "within the City of Peterborough". Well there is a Peterborough City council sign just outside Market Deeping. I'm sure they won't go that far out but we need to keep the pressure on to make sure that it is as close to the centre of the C...

Re: Half time sanies - banned

I think there is a real case of double standards being applied, fans can't take food into the ground, but the mascot can take a carrot onto the pitch and it is now endorsed by a sponsor, what sort of message does that send out.

Re: Taxi for Evans

Donny are in the play off places and the 4th round of the cup, they must have a good manager.

Re: Accrington Stanley v Posh

O'Malley, Taff, Woodyard and Ivan formed a great spine, I also thought that Ward and Denton had good games, but I also thought that Accrington were awful. I reckon that is a touch harsh on Accrington. Watch back the extended highlights. They had quite a few decent chances. It's just that we defende...

Re: Accrington Stanley v Posh

Brilliant performance from Toney, their defence and their keeper were scared stiff of him.

Accrington Stanley v Posh

Anybody going tomorrow ? Train services are a bit disjointed in the area, so we are getting a train to Manchester and then a bus to Accrington. I reckon it will be worth it though.

Re: First January signing

I am not a fan of players coming back as they are never as good as they were, which gets everybody frustrated. CMS and Paul Taylor are both good examples of this. Both of those were only here to get extra fitness before returning to their own clubs. Paul Taylor and Tommy Rowe played against the Pos...

Re: Maddison suspended

For all you lovers get a hanky, he will miss the FA Cup match as he has had 2 bookings in the competition. New rule this season. Seems an ok rule and reflects the EUFA competition rules until you realise that the team we are playing haven't yet played in the cup so can't have had the same punishmen...

Re: Bradford v Posh (FA CUP ROUND 2 Replay)

Hi Folks Well done to The Posh from a neutral. I attended the first match, and was amazed that Bradford snuck off with a draw. Justice done. A few pix'n'scribbles from that first match may be found here, if anyone is interested. https://ian38018.blogspot.com/2018/12/abax-stadium.html BW, and GooD L...

I'm beginning to accept just looking up the score and not following the game in any way.
We didn't lose. We're in the draw on Monday.
I'm happy.
That's the spirit

They play at the Westminster Waste Stadium, got to be the worst stadium name ever.
