Was referring to the whole team rather than Taylor, who's been fantastic on the whole.
Oh ok. Thanks for making your thoughts clear. :)

Re: Scunthorpe V Peterborough a Place for a Pint

'The Old Farmhouse' pub is a Hungry horse establishment and serves good food. It is only a short walk from the ground and as long as you don't wear (or show) colours they are very welcoming. Good atmosphere in there too. Won't you still be on your en route stop? I'll stick with ebs at 7.30 a...

Re: Leo - an appeal .........

the booing on saturday was for grant coming off....not leo coming on. the fans aren't the issue here...he's been forced into the side too quickly and too often for one so young and physically weak. playing him at wing back hasn't helped him either...he's a midfielder. managing him correctly is the ...

Hear hear!

Unfortunately the non-groaners are in the minority.
Do you keep quiet about Ricky Miller then or bore them shitless with your hilarious naming of him as Gormley?

Re: A bleak day

On Saturday every team which I have supported over the last sixty odd years (as shown in my signature) lost. Halifax 1 Tranmere 3, Swansea 2 Huddersfield 0, Leeds 0 Reading 1, Hibs 0 Aberdeen 1, Margate 1 Leatherhead 2, Brentford 1 Milwall 0 and of course Posh. Shouldn't the description be followed...

Re: Scunthorpe V Peterborough a Place for a Pint

Looks horrific. No real ale unless that has changed and looks like an estate pub. Saying that it wouldn't bother me but it would an awful lot of the coach i am taking :D We have a lovely pub about 10 miles away sorted, lots of real ales, craft beers and outstanding food. Sorry our pub appears not t...

Re: Posh v Gillingham

Defence is fine, it's the midfield that's the problem. After today's inspired substitution of Granty, we were left with the player that used to be Chris Forrester, the new darling of the family stand LDSL, an out-of-form Maddison and a non-leaguer who's had about 10mins game time in L1 football. I ...
