Re: Gillinghams new manager is.....

Oh dear, my cousin and his three boys, all Gillingham fans, are not going to be happy chappies after this appointment. They've seen some dross at Gillingham over the years but nothing like they are going to watch this next season. I can't wait for some banter with them. :comeon:  Vario...

Are we getting Beevers ex Bolton?
I would say almost certainly.

My mate (poor lad) is a trotters sth and says it's a done deal and he fully expects virtually the whole squad to go.

Sad times up there.

Erhun still with them?

Re: New Players

Czech Tomas Holy at Gillingham would be a Godsend (see what I did there?) if only we could push out the boat financially. Superb keeper, 27 years old, right at the peak of his playing career, 6ft:9ins. and not afraid to come off his line. Out of contract so would be a free but he is understandably ...

Re: Retained List

No loan signings this year according to DMac. To clarify he said no loan players unless there was a loan to perm deal. Certainly Fergie was very critical quite rightly about the number we had last season both number wise, quality and the fact they couldn't all play and is the one behind the move in...

Re: Kevin Peasgood

Thoughts with Kev's family and friends who will be bidding him farewell today.
Didn't know him well enough to attend but he was Proper POSH and he'll love chatting to all the ex players and managers up there.

Re: League two play off

As everyone knows I don't get to many games, so either Newport or Forest Green would be great for me. Guarantee the final will be Tranmere v Mansfield get your money on it, you heard it here first and there is no charge for this tipping service. Newport in the final. And Tranmere so half wrong/righ...

Sad news. The survival of the club in the 1980's/90's was in no small way due to the support provided by Alf.
Indeed. Massively important personality in our club's history.

Lee Taylor was head of 'Strength and Conditioning' at Posh. He came with Evans but I can't find out if he is still here.
