Re: Memory Lane

Me neither! Lived in Glebe Road till the mid 70’s, so car parking wasn’t an issue!

Re: Retained list

Sad to see Steve Taylor on the list. I assume it’s to free up his (probably very high for us) wages. Always gave 100%.

Ambivalent about Grant, but not fussed about the rest.

Re: Portsmouth v Posh

25 minutes and we’re 2-0 down.

Thank God it’s the last game of an entirely disappointing season.

Evidently he doesn’t see many good games of football. Good, that certainly wasn’t.

Re: Rotherham v Posh

Whilst I agree with Nipper that I came away happier (than I felt I should) having burgled a point at the death, that temporary sense of euphoria shouldn’t blind us to what was a totally inadequate performance. Still it was nice to see us scoring in the last second of injury time, rather than our opp...

Re: Rotherham v Posh

Including travel time, that’s six hours of my life I won’t get back. I know it’s been some time since I last saw a Posh match live, but why did I pick that one? Worst performance I’ve seen for years. Our midfield is non-existant. When they got the ball down, they didn’t know what to do with it and i...

Re: Rotherham v Posh

Will tickets for posh fans be available on the day?

Due to ill health and distance, this will be my first time at a Posh game for several seasons. Daughter no.2 has persuaded me to go with her.

Another good and positive interview. Let’s hope the words translate into positive performances by the players.

Re: Important new co-ownership!

I own all of 2 shares! My Dad bought them when the club launched a share issue to help finance what was then the new (main) stand.
