George Boyd has finished up at Sheffield Wednesday, always a good footballing side. Good luck to the Maestro.
Again, it shows he's just short of the level for the Premier League. Great player at any other level though.

Re: Theresa May to make statement in Downing Street

Her time is sure to be short, not because of Corbyn and the left, but from disquiet from within. Corbyn's growth in popularity has defo piled on more pressure, but you're right in that the biggest threat to May is internal. In theory giving money to Northern Ireland is fine by me, but the way this ...

Re: Theresa May to make statement in Downing Street

This continues to be the most inept performance by any Prime Minister in living memory. Chaos is an understatement and things are completely unstable!

This is all from needless attempt to "crush the saboteurs" and to become a dictatorship.

Shame our football team is not as good as our Rugby team
Same for Scotland. The rugby team just beat Australia on their own back yard but the football team constantly underachieve. Hardly anyone here plays rugby either, just like tennis where we have the world no. 1. Bizarrre!

Re: Theresa May to make statement in Downing Street

Stuie has been great as ever, but what about the other Tories on here? What do you think of developments & May's position?

Pub team 2 England 2

One of the most dramatic last few minutes I've seen in a long time. It's the reason we all love football!

Re: Theresa May to make statement in Downing Street

After all the abuse Corbyn gets, the Tories team up with a backward, stone age party with terrorist links! You honestly can't make it up. As I predicted a while back, May is completely unfit for the job. Her own party will dispose of her shortly I'm sure!

Read this morning that the DUP will support the Conservatives, if only to keep Corbyn out of No 10.

In the words of a party spokesman " Labour won't win an election as long as the leader is an IRA cheerleader".

Re: Theresa May to make statement in Downing Street

Jokes aside, a hung parliament is probably a much better idea than having a dictatorship hell-bent on looking after their own interests. Hopefully a rational approach can be adopted and everyone keeps each other in check! That Scottish lot of your did brilliantly how's the referendum coming along. ...

Re: Theresa May to make statement in Downing Street

Yet again Theresa May showing she's totally out her depth. Everything she's done as PM has been a disaster & she needs to stand aside. To fail like this whilst having 90% of the media on her side is beyond beggars belief! My only concern is that we have idiots like Boris Johnson waiting in the wings...
