Re: Time to go

Whatever we think of the manager, whether he should go or stay if the reports on twitter suggesting his family were verbally abused are true doesn't it rather put the debate into context? Like him or not, that behaviour, if true, is totally unforgivable and I hope the £1000 reward DM has just offer...

Re: Posh v Shrewsbury

I'll go first. ...

A big powerful strong and physical side, unbeaten and will remain so come 5pm next Saturday.

I can't see anything else than another home defeat here.

With another individual defensive error thrown in.

Re: This season

Sorry Stuie... but I don't get these posts.

It's not about how many points we're averaging....it's about how many games we're losing.

If we carry on losing....McCann will get sacked.

About mid December I reckon.

http://www.peterboroughtoday.co.uk/sport/football/posh/latest-news-arsenal-are-among-the-clubs-looking-at-leo-1-8203695 I wonder who the 'source' is  One good game and he's off to Arsenal. I bet they weren't impressed after watching him in the other 7 positions he's been asked to play in this...

Re: Southend v Posh

We're going to need a striker in January for sure.

It'll probably be a....one for the future 17 yo from Shamrock Rovers reserves though.

Re: Leo - an appeal .........

the booing on saturday was for grant coming off....not leo coming on. the fans aren't the issue here...he's been forced into the side too quickly and too often for one so young and physically weak. playing him at wing back hasn't helped him either...he's a midfielder. managing him correctly is the k...

Re: Southend v Posh

Crickey...

The heirachy appear to be going a little bit OTT over this point against a patched up Southend side.

Re: Southend v Posh

Some of the football was ok, mot much more than that. And only when we passed it through them. The occasional punt up field frm Taff is ok when it's something different, but not the whole time. Jermaine looks on the way back. LDSL is capable of tearing up this league talent-wise, but the Family Sta...

Re: Southend v Posh

An unexpected point...but confusion still reigns. Baffling tactics and team selection....Players once again in different positions all over the park. It's almost like McCann is still in pre season mode. If he doesn't fancy Miller fair enough but we are woefully short of firepower and there's a big h...

Re: Southend v Posh

it'll probably start a 3-5-2 and finish with a 4-4-2...with a 4-3-3 a 2-1-7 and a 5-3-2 somewere in between.

oh...and the odd note or two to be passed around to confuse things further.

Re: Southend v Posh

The stats don't bode well....

We haven't won at Southend this century...and we all know what day of the week it is.

Phil Brown reckons we're "Fragile" at the minute.

He ain't kidding.
