I wonder how different our great start to the season would have been if we hadn't signed him.
not so great...

he holds the defence, if not the whole team together.

the signing of the summer...and if we can keep him fit it'll give us a much better chance of a succesful season.

Re: Luke McGee

O'Malley has been signed as a potential number one...He may well get his chance if Bond goes back in January.

McGee may well have been a bit of the...big I am...last season in a team full of boys...

It would have been different this time around with Steven Taylor in defence.

Re: Poshies v Wigan

the lap of honour was...apparently...done as a thank you for the support rather than the fact we beat the best team in the league.

i left...and always do...on the final whistle.

i have a train to catch.

Re: Luke McGee

Luke McGee wouldn't have done anything to enhance the clearly evident team spirit that we've got this season. I'm glad we didn't keep him. And it ain't often that you'll hear me say that  :comeon: :comeon: McGee was a totally different kind of character to Bond. Towards the end of his tenure,...

Re: Oldham v Posh

What we don't want is the lame performance we put up at their place last season.

We're second...They are bottom and we need to be at them from the start.

Anything less than 3 points will be a failure.

Re: Poshies v Wigan

A great day for the club...I thought a win today could define our season and hopefully it will. They outplayed us first half, arrogant at times....We did show them too much respect though and I thought McCann's call to drop Grant was the wrong one as they over ran us in midfield. Morias's goal setti...

Re: Poshies v Wigan

Nobody should have to explain to Anthony Grant how to tackle. He is superb at it and he has been a breath of fresh air this season by simply putting some real grit into the Posh midfield, something that we have lacked for years. He will not change the way he plays anyway as he has been doing the sa...

....And what do "the Posh learned" know?

Next to nothing if any of their guessing games are anything to go by.

The "H" stand?....Hilarious.

They only showed up when the schools were on holiday...And weren't allowed out for the night games.

Re: Poshies v Wigan

Great game for us this against a team that will surely be there or thereabouts come May. Our biggest test so far has been Bradford...and we fluffed it. Now we get another chance to test ourselves and see how good we really are. No idea what the line up/formation will be....but interesting to hear Mc...

Re: Walsall v Posh

Morias "Comfortably" onside apparently.

The standard of officialdom in this league is generally shocking.

These things normally even themselves out though and somewhere along the line we'll get one go our way.

Terrible stats and you can't ignore them....but they are there to be broken.

Fact is....if we play to our best we'll roll them over.

Re: Women Drivers

Older women drivers are in the main awful ...Many of them are a liability and should not be allowed anywere near a car.

Same can be said about young men in cars that are far too powerful for them.
