Re: Leo - an appeal .........

the booing on saturday was for grant coming off....not leo coming on. the fans aren't the issue here...he's been forced into the side too quickly and too often for one so young and physically weak. playing him at wing back hasn't helped him either...he's a midfielder. managing him correctly is the k...

Re: Southend v Posh

Crickey...

The heirachy appear to be going a little bit OTT over this point against a patched up Southend side.

Re: This season

No chance of a play off spot.

We'll be somewere around mid table as we have the last 2/3 seasons.

Re: Southend v Posh

Some of the football was ok, mot much more than that. And only when we passed it through them. The occasional punt up field frm Taff is ok when it's something different, but not the whole time. Jermaine looks on the way back. LDSL is capable of tearing up this league talent-wise, but the Family Sta...

Re: Southend v Posh

An unexpected point...but confusion still reigns. Baffling tactics and team selection....Players once again in different positions all over the park. It's almost like McCann is still in pre season mode. If he doesn't fancy Miller fair enough but we are woefully short of firepower and there's a big h...

Re: Southend v Posh

it'll probably start a 3-5-2 and finish with a 4-4-2...with a 4-3-3 a 2-1-7 and a 5-3-2 somewere in between.

oh...and the odd note or two to be passed around to confuse things further.

Re: Southend v Posh

The stats don't bode well....

We haven't won at Southend this century...and we all know what day of the week it is.

Phil Brown reckons we're "Fragile" at the minute.

He ain't kidding.

The guy is weird full stop.
Probably one of the most evil thugs to put on a pair of football boots since Peter Sutcliffe was at school.

What, worse than Anthony Grant?

Re: Posh v Tranmere Rovers FA Cup

It's a good draw.

The FA Cup for a club like us....Means getting to the 3rd round in the hope of a money spinner like last season.

Home to a non league side is as good as it gets at this stage.

Re: Southend v Posh

If i was you Ceenitall....I'd grab the 2/1 Southend.

Injury hit or not...That's the value here.

It's never a bleak day when Leeds Millwall and the believers lose.

Re: This season

We're not playing to our potential...nowhere near it.

A few weeks ago we'd have beaten Gillingham in a canter.

Things are going very wrong very quickly...As they always seem to do at this club.

Unfortunately...I don't see an upturn anytime soon.

Re: Posh v Gillingham

Whatever he says....The chairman must be as concerned about the collapse in form and attitude of the squad as the fans are. He'll be more concerned that with it, is coming the expected drop in crowd figures...Less than 5k Posh fans in the ground yesterday. Personally....I don't think McCann's job is...
