Re: Reading between the lines

I was denounced as an idiot for saying players like Freestone should be starting, yet according to a lot of people he was our man of the match yesterday. If we keep playing these pretty boy players with no team ethic we will never be able to reach the heights most of us would like. Marriott and Mad...

Re: Reading between the lines

I think that all the criticism of players and management is born out of genuine frustration from genuine supporters of our club. There are undoubtedly a few wind up merchants on social media sites who are just willing us to fail. I just hope that no notice is taken of them and that we can prove the...

Re: Posh v Walsall

Unfortunately Walsall might just be bad enough on the road to keep GM in a job. The weather could regretfully save McCann's skin if the match is called off. Well that two Posh "fans" (so far) who want us to lose on Tuesday night. Nice bit of fishing! Expectng and wanting are not the same thing

Re: Posh v AFC Wimbledon

Echo most of the views said already, talented group of individuals with no collective chemistry. Difficult to build chemistry when a formation rotates every five minutes and personnel rarely if ever is the same game in game out. There is no consistency, if someone has a good game one week they will...

Re: Posh v AFC Wimbledon

Rarrrrr annoying result. I would love to be the manager of this team. Play them in the right position and set them up correctly to the opponents and we will win! Not rocket science! Clearly it's much more difficult than that :clap2: You have to identify where you can see someone playing in a new po...

Six points off the playoffs with two games in hand. Still 39 points to play for.
or 13 as wins have become beyond us. Still we could end the run of 17 games unbeaten.... Impressive stats

Re: Posh v AFC Wimbledon

FOUR games unbeaten now and still not far off the top six. The gaffer tells us we're close and I for one believe him. Magic adds to his amazing numbers too. UTP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Close to what though? Dropping points like we keep doing we'll run out of games before too long. Of course this is such ...

I could have sworn McCann said we shall pick up 6 points from our next two games! But today's point will "Do us proud when we start winning"
I'd assume that even the most optimistic of our supporters will find that hard to be achievable

Re: Posh v AFC Wimbledon

I have no idea what the plan is today with that formation. Did Darragh let Westley back in the building?

Re: Vote for next season's away kit

Never mind the fans choosing next seasons strip. Let them pick the team for the remainder of this season. That way we might have a chance of making the play offs . If you got ten fans, they'd probably come up with ten different teams, for a start if you asked Brian he'd have Denis Emery at inside r...

Re: Grant McCann - Manager

Seems to me DM tells McCann to pick Lopez at every opportunity just leaves Cooper on the bench whats the point. To many chiefs and all that. Same scenario as Nichols, did nothing, kept picking him until he was sold. I reckon the same will apply to Lopez. In doing nothing he did score 10 or 11 goals ...

Never fails to amuse me how those people who complain about moderators won't ever volunteer to help out with the task as Ashman does, yet are always the first to complain if he deletes something.

Hey ho.
Is there a job description for the role available? I'd happily apply...
