Time and a place

I find it slightly embarrassing that our manager is yet again publicly targeting his own players and blaming them for costing us games through individual errors. This is not the first time this has happened recently and im afraid it doesn't sit well with me as i feel there is a more professional app...

Re: Coventry v Posh

Another dire Posh performance. A win would have been a travesty of justice. Even **** Turpin wore a mask!

Re: Posh v Bradford City

Another awful.home display against a team who could and should have beaten us. I'm afraid our home form will see us finish mid table at this rate. Evans got it wrong yet again with his first half team selection. Why are we suddenly changing the team from week to week when for the first 9 games it wa...

Re: FA Cup Round Two

MK Dons away. Nothing like abit of rivalry in the cup to warm the cockles on a crisp, cold December day. Plus we owe then one for out playing us with 9 men a couple of seasons ago.

Any team away (locally if at all possible)
Interesting that we are number 34. Anyone else notice the significance of this to Posh fans?
Is that the number of minutes before we normally have a shot on goal at home?

Re: POSH v ACCRINGTON STANLEY

That was some of the worst football I have seen st Posh for many a year. Far worse than any of McCanns teams. I was never a lover of Evans football in the first place, even less now. Sunday league rubbish with players who look clueless and uninterested. Big changes needed with playing personnel. Out ...

Re: POSH v ACCRINGTON STANLEY

We can't afford to under estimate teams like Accrington. This won't be a stroll in the park, far from it! Considering our home form I wouldn't be surprised if this ends in another draw.

Re: SCUNTHORPE v POSH

I can see this being a ridiculously high scoring game with two dodgy defences and an abundance of players who can score goals. I'm going for a 4.3 win for the Posh.

Re: POSH v BARNSLEY

It was quite evident today that the players looked completely lost with the formations we were trying to play. It was a mirrored image of how McCann would change his formation when he was gaffer and players looked clueless. It was like a training match for Barnsley who hardly got out of first gear. ...

Re: Sunderland Game

The visit to Sunderland on Tuesday will be my first ever by coach. I was wondering what is the norm for stopping off on route for refreshments/toilets etc for long journeys such as this one?

Style of play.

I was slightly bemused on Saturday with our tactics against a team who were clearly strong at the back with tall, experienced defenders and who handled everything we threw at them without breaking into a sweat. Why oh why did we persist with humping long balls down the middle when clearly a more effe...

Re: Transfer RUMOURS IN

As a posh fan I'm slightly disappointed that we have not had this striker situation sorted before now. It was inevitable that Marriot was going to.leave this season but we seemed to have overlooked his replacement. Here we are three days before the deadline and we are still no closer to getting anyo...

Re: Transfer RUMOURS IN

Wyke signs for the black cats. Doyle signs for Bradford. That's two more off the list of potential signings!
