I thought that Denton was M.O.M (could be wrong in that) but he had to take some stick from the Bantams fans from his Leeds c...

Re: Theresa May to make statement in Downing Street

Thanks for clearing up my confusion. Of course the Windrush first landed its passengers in 1948 ; 1954 was when it sank. The newsreels of the time showed its earlier voyages along with the pictures of it on fire, hence my confusion. Yes some immigration has been fine ; on a personal basis it was an ...

Re: Theresa May to make statement in Downing Street

Are you referring to those people who were denied a referendum in 1954 as to whether the UK should become a multi racial and multicultural country? I do not know about this non-referendum, how would I find out about it? there was no tradition (or perhaps precedent?) for a referendum before the 1970...

Are you referring to those people who were denied a referendum in 1954 as to whether the UK should become a multi racia...

Posh v Bradford City

Can Posh make it 3 wins in a row against the Bantams ? City are struggling this season unlike their local rivals Bradford who lead National League North and are rock bottom of League 1. The last two wins have been against a Non League team and a weakened Luton side in a minor Cup competition so a de...
