Re: Posh v Gillingham

Defence is fine, it's the midfield that's the problem. After today's inspired substitution of Granty, we were left with the player that used to be Chris Forrester, the new darling of the family stand LDSL, an out-of-form Maddison and a non-leaguer who's had about 10mins game time in L1 football. I ...

Re: Posh v Gillingham

Yeesh. Junior can't get fit again soon enough. Yes because one player is the answer to these performances. If you don’t watch the matches you shouldn’t bother speculating. Yes, because Miller has filled juniors boots so well. I was in the motorpoint today, don't tell me which matches I go to.

Re: Thinking of giving my wife a new nickname

Everything I do or say is wrong, my driving which isn't the best at least takes place, which is one up on her. She accuses me of drinking too much, not listening to anything she says. Anyone think of a new name for her I was thinking of Chompy. But all of that stuff is perfectly normal. You call he...

Re: Catalan Uprising

Yes Nick, but in a democracy people still have the right to vote. It can't be compared to Scotland imo, since Sturgeon will keep on demanding a referendum until she gets the result she wants. Not exactly the will of the people.

by the way, Pique booed fiercely at Spain's training camp. He was in tears afterwards...

I understood that Pique was booed because he voted in a referendum that Madrid claimed to be illegal? How can a referendum be illegal?

Bloody hell 3 people agreeing with me, wonders will never cease
I agreed with you once. I remember it clearly, it was a Tuesday.

I'd add LDSL and Anderson to your list.

Re: Posh v Oxford

Some great points on here tonight. Don't think anyone would disagree with any of them. Anderson's lack of desire for a youngster who's been on the sidelines for ages and just signed a new contract was mind-blowing. He needs to pull his finger out big time. Same comment LDSL. I'm still to see what a...

Re: Posh v Oxford

Jack Baldwin can either play football, or he can defend. He can't do both. Given that his chosen profession is a central defender, the guy is an error waiting to happen. Gaby Zakuani couldn't play football, but at least you could rely on him to clear his lines.

Re: Posh v Oxford

Oh dear. Welcome to...last season. All over again. Genuine promotion teams don't lose two on the spin v Oldham and Oxford. They don't believe. Not really. That game was there to be put to bed in the first half but they were only really on it apart for the first 20mins, if that. McCann makes the sam...
