Re: Shrewsbury away

How many points did your beloved McCan't and his wonderful string of gutless showponies throw away from winning positions? The signs were there from as early as that banal 0-0 draw at Doncaster onwards that we had some major holes. Fifteen lightweight wingers and no central midfield does not a squa...

Re: Shrewsbury away

Tyler on the bench as Bond returns to the starting line up. One can only assume O'Malley is injured.

Re: Grant McCann - Manager

Think his chances of getting the Scunthorpe gig have gone tbh. However, a job has just become available with a L2 club (about to get relegated from L1) in the nearby area. Would he? I would if I were him. Winklepickers has always seemed a bit of a fan too. 14-1 with BetVictor and 16-1 with Skybet. ...

Re: Blackburn v Posh

Of course, when we play well, Evans has improved us. When we're still crap, it's because they're McCann's players. About £15million and six transfer windows will sort it out.

That’s the spirit, back the lads right to the end!
We're no longer doomed, you know. King Steve has ridden in on his white charger to save us from the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse.

Re: Summer business

George certainly isn't greedy, but you can understand taking the security of a two year deal at Wednesday. We'd all love to see him back at Posh, but it's not building for the future which is the clubs policy. It's very rare that these days we'd sign a player in his 30s.

Re: Summer business

George Boyd won't return to Posh. He's got another year on his Wednesday contract and will be nearly 34 when it expires. I'll be surprised if he doesn't just have a year or two in league two before he retires. Another year's contract at Sheff Wed? Who knew! He's the sort to go on playing as long as...

Re: Posh v Rochdale

A good teacher improves the class. We've changed the teacher, and nothing has improved. If anything, it's like watching Mark Coopers Posh. Evans will be judged on signing his own players. But Maddison, Grant, Forrester, Lloyd etc will be gone. No flair, no passing football, you've got what we saw ye...

Re: Posh v Rochdale

100% McCann's team. Don't see how you could possibly claim otherwise. because the one's he signed were the one's youd be happy to have in your side ie Morias, Marriot and possibly Cooper and Sheppard, he inherited the rest And O'Malley and Grant. Any lingering hope we had of keeping Bond has gone b...
