Re: Posh v Bristol Rovers

Poor performances at home have let our season down, but a 4-2 win in the last home game is a great way to sign off. And a goal for cms in his last game at London Road for Posh . :D

divide the country into 8 regional zones, and each zone plays its cup, so plenty of local derbies.
Then the eight regional winners become the quarter-finalists of the National league cup ...

That sounds like an outstanding idea.

Re: Bank Holiday at the Kingsmeadow

out of order Poshies, booing Tyrone Barnett I'm not usually one to rubbish POSH players even when they've left us but, it has to be said, that Tyrone was rubbish today. Lumbering about and I don't reckon he got his head on a single ball, not once. He didn't get his head on many when he played for u...

Re: Football programmes

Hi all, First time poster. I'm after a football programme from 1956/57 season, specifically 20th April 1957 against Grimsby Town reserves in the old Midland League where we won 4-1. :comeon: Just to ask if anybody knew a person that could help, or indeed put me out of my misery by saying they didn'...

Go back to the way it was, for sure. No-one has any desire to watch anyone get stuffed by Norwich reserves.

That old chestnut  Those who comment on performances who haven't attended are probably the only ones I have moaned about as it is obvious their comments re that particular game are worthless. If it is a more general point then fair enough (he says begrudgingly) Re the .net comment, it has been...

Re: Time to go

I*n the past, I have been in favour of giving a Manager the benefit of the doubt However from the games I have seen. the commentaries I have heard and the reports on here, if Posh want to move forward in the next few seasons, it is time for DMAC to put his hand in his pocket, and get Steve Evans to...
