Re: Time to go

I*n the past, I have been in favour of giving a Manager the benefit of the doubt However from the games I have seen. the commentaries I have heard and the reports on here, if Posh want to move forward in the next few seasons, it is time for DMAC to put his hand in his pocket, and get Steve Evans to...

If McCann remains as Manager, it matters not one jot who stays and who leaves.

Re: Scottish vote for Independence

think it would be good for Europe to have more 'smaller' nations, might mean that Brussels and Merkel dominate less ... roll on Catalonia too! In some quarters they're saying that Shetland will want to break away from Scotland ... where they going, to Norway?! Or join the Faroe Islands? T...

Re: Championship team of the year

I'm surprised that Stockdale is selected as goalkeeper. I would have thought there were several better - e.g. Westwood (Sheffield Wed) or Green (Leeds) being just two.

Re: Serious Assault In Peterborough Town Centre

Bad news but hardly a big deal on the scale of things. Violence rates are defo falling nowadays . Who says? Reported acts of violence might be lower but I suspect many more are not reported at all. I would no longer feel safe walking in the centre of Peterborough during the late evening or early ho...

Re: ex poshies

i wouldn't waste my breath booing any player... but as mccann confirmed today...oztumer wanted out for financial reasons, let's not make him out to be some sort of hero with his 7 goals in 57 games  Oztumer might say that all he wanted was for Posh to honour the original agreement for an incr...

Re: ex poshies

When Aberdeen travel to Latvia for their next Europa League qualifier, Joe Lewis might be able to pass the time of day with the opposition manager: Paul Ashworth is back for a second stint at FK Ventspils. I wonder if he'd consider a second stint at in Peterborough. Lewis wouldn't get Ben Alnwick o...

I bet you did too. You just love it don't you?
I did not. However, it confirmed my thinking that the management at Posh is, and has been, poor for some years.

Re: Official betting thread

Coral are 9-2 about us finishing in the top six, which is an insult. After a couple of seasons of bookmakers over-rating us, when we were terrible, they're now under-rating us consistently at the start of what's looking a big upswing. The 4-1 with Sky and Ladbrokes is also decent value. An insult i...

A player never given a real chance at Posh. Better than any of the present lot I suggest.

Re: ex poshies

Too many of our "failures" seem to do better at their new clubs for my liking.
