Good luck to him - and Oldham! How long will it be before he has a disagreement with their Chairman over selections?
This 100%.

Much better manager than the one we've just appointed.

His problem at Posh was that he wasn't a 'Yes' man.
Spot on.

Re: Fergie to stay

Surely the manager is meant to manage the playing side of the football club? rather than work with the Chairman! I was under the impression that the manager reports to the Chairman rather than works alongside him. I would rather the Chairman decide the club's principles and philosophies and then ap...

Re: Fergie to stay

I'm sorry but I'm not one for bringing ex managers or indeed players back. For me it is a sign of desperation and non progression. In the case of Fergie,to consider bringing him back a third time after a disappointing last appointment is a backwards step and just feel will stagnate our progression....

Re: POSH v SHREWSBURY

The new Manager will have to be able to work and UNDERSTAND Darragh, otherwise it will be still on the merry go round. :? And that is the problem. Mr MacAnthony exercises far too much influence on his managers in my opinion. Mr Ferguson will do as he is told to a far greater extent than many other ...

must be a good manager Not necessarily. NML was given chance after chance when he was with us. He spent too much time on the weights in the gym and became almost muscle bound. He has since seen the error of his ways and is looking like the promising player he could have been! And has had the suppor...

Dot Net still down and out at 9.45 a.m. this morning.
And at 14.05 this afternoon. Problems must surely be fairly serious. Anybody know what has gone wrong?

Re: Half time sanies - banned

I am surprised that supporters put up with being searched before being allowed to enter the ground. Is it just Posh or is it the same at other clubs? Searching 75000 crowds at Man United must be a time consuming task for example. I wonder what the management attitude would be if supporters all refus...
