England v Australia

In the proper game 30-6 four tries to nil, two yellow cards to the dirty Oz, two disallowed tries for the Aussies who had their captain Hooper almost in tears at the end. Ah

Absolutely, not quite my youth but you still can't beat a bit of Rosie. Angus and Co have continued without him and he's probably now in a better place RIP

Re: Checkatrade trophy

Asuming I'm reading it correctly, the upgrade for tea and programme is £9 for OFs and £10 for adults which is an extremely good offer assuming a programme has to be about three quid these days and coffee if it's anything like Starbucks you need to take out a mortgage for.

Re: Posh v Blackpool

I hope that the 'Steps' he and the club are taking to get him back to his former self will pay dividends, as he was always a must start, up until the Chelsea game. (Did you see what I did there?) :) Only those who follow truly awful music would get that. The reference to the next concert at t'ABAX ...

Re: FA Cup 2nd round

For BristlePosh the train from Bristol going via Salisbury to Woking is £36.70 return. Perfect draw for me this one, 20 mins on the train and the weekend I return from a holiday in San Francisco so a nice easy trip. You hadn't included my old farts card in the price. I will probably go via Reading ...
