Re: Old man gigging

I went to see Against The Current last night, they are very good similar in many ways to Paramore. The support act The Faim dont seem to have a huge repertoire, but are definitrly one of the best support acts I've seen since Mettalica many years ago. If this old mans judgment after half a dozen pin...

Re: Pompey Saturday

Toney to start for sure, especially if we persist with the long ball game employed on Saturday. Maddison I would keep as a sub until his fitness levels improve (hardly any pre-season of any consequence) and then this brings into question, 'Who do you drop' for these players? Cummings, Godden, Ward,...

Re: Tonyp

We are all thinking of both you Tony and your wife and have backed you against a couple of antagonistic posters, time and again. Myself, Brian and a few others have known this for some time but, we weren't sure if we could post anything about it. Our thoughts are with you and your families. You are...

Re: Pompey Saturday

Having watched the full game on iFollow, I thought it strange that none of our giants could get a head on the ball in the penalty area, Taff, Bennett, O'Hara were all flat footed at that end of the pitch. Always disappointing to lose but I'd prefer to call that a blip. we weren't outplayed but out m...

Re: Pompey Saturday

Biggest match for years and this site has no comments for 2 days  Anyway, as long as we negate their threat(s) from the wings we can win this and send a massive message to the rest of the division but we have to turn up from the start, get in their faces and not take our feet off the throttle...
