Re: Transfer RUMOURS IN

Don't believe a word of it. We're in the market for another Striker...Two if Marriott goes. This will go to the wire... I reckon that you are on the money with that comment, as more teams become desperate to strengthen their squads. That's ok, as we can then ask top dollar for players like Marriott...

Lyle Taylor to Sunderland it seems.

Go pay a million in cash for Mo Eisa, with no add-ons, and be done with it.
I think that DMac has already emphatically said that he has no interest in Eisa??

Re: Players who have DEFINITELY SIGNED

I was speaking today, during half time in the England match, to a lad who used to play for Evans. He emphasised that he made sure that his team was very, very organised and he made it quite clear to his players what he wanted from them. If they didn't do as instructed they were soon sacked off. He d...

Re: Players who have DEFINITELY SIGNED

What posts have been offensive? You’re pro Evans that’s fine, whereas I’m not. So not sure why you seem to think people are hiding their reservations about him. I don’t rate him and would happily say that to anyone, including Evans himself. And BristlePosh, pot and kettle springs to mind sir. So fa...

Re: Players who have DEFINITELY SIGNED

The sales of LDSL and Hughes to the Championship have both been for over-the-odds amounts. Those deals have pretty much funded the nine we've bought in so far. Seems like exceptional business to me. Btw, this idea about players taking time to bed in, time to gel as a team..It belongs alongside 'foo...

Re: Players who have DEFINITELY SIGNED

“Interesting that #pufc have to build a complete new team because @grantmccann11 players only seem to be good enough for the championship” I actually hope these Posh fans find another club to support. Beyond stupid. PUFC have not HAD to build a complete new team, it is because it is the way the new...

No such thing as a box to box midfelder in the modern game.
OK then 'a complete midfielder."

Re: Transfer RUMOURS IN

Darragh...."No secret we like Jorge G for sure" He's on his way I reckon... Hopefully. He sounds like a genuine box to box midfielder, unlike our previous signing, Alex Woodyard, who had scored just 4 goals in 126 appearances for Braintree and Lincoln. Woodyard to sit deep and do the defensive midf...
